BAC Training Academy
BAC Academy is the first in Ireland to deliver BCIA-accredited training for apprentices working towards a Level 4 Controls Engineer qualification - demonstrating BAC’s commitment to excellence in building controls.
The programme combines hands-on installation experience with structured classroom-based learning, ensuring apprentices develop both the practical skills and technical expertise required in today’s industry. Supported by regular trainer reviews, the Academy maintains consistently high training standards across the business.
