BAC delivered a Kaizen-driven optimisation of the Orchardville building by enhancing the existing Delta Controls BACnet BMS with CopperTree Analytics Kaizen analytics and wireless LoRaWAN space temperature sensors. The result was improved heating efficiency, reduced boiler runtime, enhanced occupant comfort, and improved operational visibility.
