Meet our Analytics Engineer – Caroline Harrison

Caroline Harrison is a key member of the BAC team, bringing over 10 years’ post-graduate experience across mechanical design consultancy and a senior engineering role within a local Health Trust.

Her combined experience in client-side estate management and mechanical design gives her a strong foundation in building performance analysis and insight-led remediation. This allows Caroline to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that support improved system efficiency and long-term performance for clients.

Caroline is known for her hands-on approach and regularly works on-site, gaining a deeper understanding of building systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Her expertise continues to strengthen BAC capability in delivering intelligent, efficient building control solutions.
